OSHA 10 and 30 Hour Construction Outreach Training CoursesThis package combines both the OSHA 10 Hour and the OSHA 30 Hour for Construction Outreach Training Courses. The first course (OSHA 10 Hour Construction Outreach) covers ten (10) hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) that apply toward 10 Hour Construction Industry course completion card. This module is comprised of 12 sections, covering topics pertaining to regulations covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926. The successful completion of this course will help to meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA. The second course (OSHA 30 Hour Construction Outreach) covers thirty (30) hours of courses, required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), that apply toward 30-hour Construction Industry course completion card. This module is comprised of 23 sections that are one or two hours in length, and covering topics pertaining to regulations covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926. The successful completion of this course will help to meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of their job. The 30 Hour Construction Outreach course is NOT equivalent to the OSHA 510 or 511 courses and will not meet the course prerequisites to take the OSHA 500 or 501 courses. You will find supplementary materials available for download by clicking the "Materials" tab on the menu located within the course player. As you proceed, please be aware of the help that is available to you for any problems you may come across as you take the course. As for the course itself, please remember that you have six months from the time you start this course to complete it in order to receive credit. After six months, your account will expire and you will be required to purchase the course again if you wish to complete it.
At the end of each module, you will be given a 10 question module quiz. You must score at least 70% on each module quiz to move forward in the course. You will be given up to three opportunities to pass each module quiz. Failure to successfully pass the quiz will result in being locked out of the course and not allowed to continue with an online training format for your outreach training.
